Auto company GWM has announced the standardisation of a five-year or 60 000 km service plan on all passenger vehicle, optional plans on commercial single-cab pick-ups or an "opt-out" of standard service plans if required.
This follows the recent introduction of standard service plans for most of its products,
Prices of the new C20R cross-hatch, C30 B-segment sedan and M4 mini-SUV will now include a five-year or 60 000km service plan (previously 45 000km) to bring them into line with the rest of the GWM line-up. A service plan extension to 90 000km is also available.
FURTHER EFFORTS
Steed 5 single-cab bakkies offer a choice of five-year/60 000km or five-year/90 000km plans - and then there's the 'opt-out' option across all models to reduce the up-front purchase price.
GWM SA's Warren Olsen says the tweaks and additions are further efforts by GWM SA to provide real value to the cash-strapped local consumer.
"Not all customers want the same package," he adds. "These flexible service-plan options allow the GWM dealer to tailor a package to suit individuals."
