The next-generation BMW M5 has been spied testing at the Nürburgring.
Though covered with plastic cladding and some psychedelic wrappings, one can get an idea of the the overall design of the front bumper and the massive air intakes.
The four round tailpipes at the rear confirms that this prototype is BMW's hottest 5 Series derivative. Furthermore it seems as if there could be power bulge on the bonnet.
Though little technical info is available, rumour has it that the new M5 will get a 4.4-litre twin turbo, seen in the X6 M and X5 M, with 408 kW.
