The 2013 Motorheads diary goes on sale in the first week of November, 2012 and, as well as being the ultimate reference tool for the local petrolhead, features stories by a host of well-known writers and collectors too.
The seventh annual Motorheads includes a listing of a huge selection of specialists car clubs and notes the dates of hundreds of motoring events, including classic shows, motorcycle and motorsport events.
MORE THAN A DIARY
Apart from the “serious stuff” the diary also includes wacky horoscopes, motoring and aviation trivia, and motoring features and pictures.
Featured writer and photographers include Clive Strugnell, Gavin Foster, Howard Mellet and Hendrik Verwoerd, historians John Lemon and Ryno Verster, and John Foster.
The 2013 Motorheads diary is available at traditional bookstores and at club and race meets, classic car shows and dealers’ accessory departments across South Africa, its distributors said.
They also reported a number of companies ordering their own, specialised covers for the diary as corporate gifts.
The 2013 Motorheads includes four competitions – Canon camera giveaways, a weekend break, a Ferrari experience and a subscription to SA HotRods.
