German tuning company Hamann has transformed the new BMW X5 in a wild beast.
Hamann has given all three engine options a power hike. The X5's 200kW 3.0-litre engine gets an extra 10kW 10kW of power, and the 4.8i is up from 261kW with 13 kW. Thanks to Hamann the 3.0 diesel now has an output of 196kW.
Of course the juicier X5s look the part too with special aerodynamic parts such as a huge bumper to help feed air into the engine bay. There are also new front and rear aprons, and a small roof spoiler.
Furthermore Hamann offers seven wheel/tyre combinations, which inculde a 23-inch alloy set.
The suspension settings are also modified.
The new BMW X5 is to be launched in SA later this month.
