PENNSYLVANIA, Philadelphia - What seemed like a run-of-the-mill U-turn, went horribly wrong for a South Philadelphia bus driver.
Surveillance footage released by the bus company shows the driver, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, and two passengers flung from their seats when the driver lost control of the huge vehicle.
The momentum of the the bus resulted in the vehicle hitting a median and ending up on train tracks.
All three sustained injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.

The bus comes to halt metres from a freight train which was travelling very slowly as the bus veered into its path.
