SPIELBERG, Austria - Formula 1 chief Bernie Ecclestone said that the Austrian GP will be held in June again in 2015, Austrian media reported Saturday (June 21 2014).
The race, which returned to Austria in 2014 for the first time in 11 years, will keep a June slot in 2015, Ecclestone told Austrian news agency APA.
The exact date will be decided at the end of the 2014. In seasons following 2015, it is not certain when the race will take place.
Ecclestone said: "It is important to have the race back. It is good for the region and for F1."
