Audi SA plots super sedan feast

Both cars features Audi's 5.2-litre V10 engine, which is sourced from its sister company Lamborghini. The engine weighs only 220 kg.

In the S6 it produces 320 kW at 6 800 r/min and torque is 540 Nm. The S8 thrusts out 331 kW, while the torque is the same as in the S6.

South African sales of both models will kick off in November, just after its local unveiling at the Auto Africa Motor Show.

For the S6 buyers will have to fork out between R780 000 and R800 000. The S8 will have a price tag of between R900 000 and R920 000.
