Tata hatch even sportier

accreditation
Tata SA has revealed details of a sporty new limited edition Indica Bounce, although only 50 units are being made available.

For an extra R2 000 over the LX hatch's list price, you get, according to Tata, R7 000's worth of accessories.

While standard equipment on the LX includes a driver airbag, power steering and ABS, Bounce also comes with a free flow stainless steel exhaust system, new 14-inch allow wheels and an MP3 player.

Techical specification remains unchanged with the Bounce being powered by Tata's 1.4-litre engine producing 63 kW at 5 500 r/min and peak torque of 115 Nm at 3 000 r/min.

Drive is to the front wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox.

The limited edition Bounce costs R93 995.
