TDI boost for A4 range

Powering this model is the new level 2.0 TDI engine with 125 kW available at 4 200 r/min while torque is 350 Nm at only 1 750 r/min.

A six-speed manual gearbox is standard and drives the front wheels.

Against the clock, the A4 2.0 TDI 125 kW can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.6 seconds while its top speed is pegged at 228 km/h.

Audi claims an average fuel consumption of 5.8-litres per 100 km.

In addition to sharing the same high level of specification as the standard 103 kW 2.0 TDI, this model also offers 17-inch alloy wheels, front sports seats with electric lumbar support, a leather covered three-spoke multi-function sports steering wheel, sports suspension and the ?Sports Edition? package which includes white indicator lenses and a S-line rear spoiler integrated into the boot lid.

The A4 2.0 TDI 125 kW is only available in sedan guise and retails for R299 500 including the 5-year or 100 000 km Audi Freeway plan.
