LONDON, England – The 8th Salon Prive motor show, an exclusive car show for the super-rich, will set the stage for the sexy unveiling of the hot new B6 Venator Spyder Concept.
Tickets for this party can cost the equivalent of R4700 but that includes Pommery Champagne, a lobster lunch, English afternoon tea and full access to all areas.
TOYS FOR RICH BOYS
The 2013 Salon Prive is the UK's premier 'boutique' motoring event featuring the British Super Car Show and various companies; 2013 will host a concepts and prototypes from September 4-6.
The Spyker B6 Venator Spyder Concept is a compact two-door convertible, mid-engine luxury sports car from the Netherlands’ manufacturer. It was designed by the company’s CEO Victor Muller and continues the brand’s aviation-inspired lines and features - but still with a bejewelled cabin to complement the exterior.
The automaker says the all carbon-fibre body and aluminium platform houses the V6 capable of 280kW. The cooncept will reach production during late 2014 and go on sale for the equivalent of R1.55-million.
Muller said: "The Spyker B6 Venator Spyder Concept will make its European debut on September 4 at Salon Prive. We are delighted to share our newest high-luxury sports car design with the discerning drivers who comprise the audience of this premium event."
The show’s sales director, David Bagley said: “We are delighted that Spyker has chosen Salon Prive to host the European debut of the B6 Venator Spyder Concept. It is a stunning looking vehicle and our concepts and prototypes class is a very fitting backdrop to its premiere.”
