M Sports boost for X5

While the latest generation X5's styling has been described as being tame and understated, the addition of a killer sports kit should do much to redeem its road bully status.

The X5's M Sports pack includes aerodynamic M bumpers for the front and rear and 19-inch V-spoke light alloy wheels within flared arches. Twenty-inch alloys are optional.

Inside the cabin, the electrically adjustable sport seats are available for the front passengers, an M-leather covered steering wheel and aluminium interior trim.

Driving dynamics are amped up with the sports suspension tuned for more athletic pursuits.

Locally, BMW SA has confirmed that the M Sports package for the X5 will be available from September production, with first deliveries expected in December.
