Renault has added Shake it! models to the Mégane range featuring subtle styling revisions and enhanced infotainment capability. Retail is set at R197 000 for the 2.0 16V Mégane Shake it! and R171 000 for the 1.6 16V, which includes Renault's five-year/60 000 km maintenance plan and five-year/150 000 km warranty.
Essentially the new model features a redesigned interior new 16-inch alloy wheels.
It also features an audio connection which is compatible with any MP3 player, iPod or music phone - plus an integrated 5310 Nokia XpressMusic handset on all vehicles purchased from Renault dealers between May and July.
Powered by 2.0 16V engine which delivers 98.5 kW, the Shake it! Also features a 1.6 16V engine version which is available in both 3- and 5-door options.
True to Renault's international reputation for safety, the Mégane Shake it! maintains the highest international safety score that the brand is best known for - a safety rating of 5 stars in the Euro NCAP crash tests.
