The next Honda Civic hatchback will debut at the 2011 Frankfurt auto show in September.
Honda says it's a class leader in the space department and will offer stand-out looks with with a roomy cabin.
Quality and comfort levels, the automaker says, have improved over the previous model and the new cars will go on sale in in Europe in 2012.
STRONGER CHASSIS
The Civic retains a rear torsion beam suspension which uses fluid-filled bushes to improve ride performance and handling and enhance comfort and control.
The Civic has also been strengthened to give better stability at high speeds. The date for the South African launch have not been confirmed yet and no other details are available.
