Cadillac's CTS Sport Wagon made its world debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in California -and could becoming toSouth Africa.
The third model in the CTS range, the Sport Wagon is, according to Cadillac, said to "change consumer tastes as a compelling alternative to SUVs or other larger vehicles".
The wagon is meant to provide a mix of performance with practicality and rides on the same wheelbase as the CTS sedan although provides a load capacity of 720 litres.
Design highlights include a power tailgate, high-mounted rear brake light, interior luggage management with flexible in-floor space and a panoramic sunroof.
Further details are similar to those seen on the sedan and engines include a petrol 3.0-litre V6 and a 2.9-litre turbodiesel unit.
GMSA says there aren't any plans to bring the wagon to South Africa yet. But look out for the acclaimed CTS sedan; it arrives here shortly.
