New face for Ford Territory
Ford’s hugely practically yet anonymous Territory SUV has shown its new face at the Melbourne motor show.
Trust the Australians to run their local motor show in the week leading up one of the world’s most important automotive trade exhibitions – Geneva.
Despite this, the Ford Territory remains a fashionably Australian SUV and you can understand Ford's commitment to the market down under and its associated motor show. For 2009 customers can expect a new front bumper, bonnet, headlights and lower grille treatment.
Along the flanks there are new 17-inch alloy wheels and around the rear you’ll noticed revised tail lamps. As a package the facelift renders a sharper, less soft, yet still completely inconspicuous car.
Interior feature upgrades include cruise control and side curtain airbags on the entry level models, whilst steering wheel satellite control buttons are now in silver trim.
