Bentley has unleashed its most potent car to date - the Continental Supersports.
The Supersports is 110kg lighter than the Continental GT and its W12 bi-turbo engine thrusts out a mighty 463kW.
Thanks to its super slick 'Quickshift' transmission, which according to Bentley halves shift times, the Supersports goes from 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds. The claimed top speed is 329km/h.
Bentley also tweaked its new super car’s chassis to handle all that extra grunt.
Furthermore the Supersports features 40:60 rear-biased torque split for the all-wheel drive system, a wider rear track, lightweight 20-inch alloy wheels and a unique electronic stability programme.
Other big news is that the Continental Supersports is the first Bentley capable of running on both petrol and biofuel.
This is part of the carmaker’s aim to reduce CO2 emissions and improve fuel economy across its model range.
