Catch Wind of Renault's roadster
Renault’s will unveil its coupe-roadster at the Geneva motor show during the first week of March.
Called the Wind (which is quite original), the new car is only 3.83m in length bumper-to-bumper and cues styling clues from Renault's Twingo.
Boasting an electrically actuated roof structure (which pivots open in only 12 seconds) the Wind looks stunning in either coupe or open-top format.
Wind’s cute proportions, simple surfacing and striking rear light clusters (framed off by a smart spoiler) render shape is quite reminiscent of the Lotus Elise from the rear.
For those roadster owners who demand a certain level of practicality, Wind offers 270l of luggage space in either coupe or roadster format.
Details of the Wind’s suite of mechanical features will be unveiled when the car is officially unveiled at the Geneva motor show on 2 March.
