A gently tweaked version of Lexus's hybrid GS 450h is being shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show. For 2010, the luxury green sedan will be graced with a range of styling updates, new colours and a better navigation system. There are also revisions to its pre-crash safety system. On the styling front, the hybrid GS now has a new front grille with horizontal bars of various thickness. As for safety, the GS 450h's pre-crash safety system has been beefed up with the addition of pre-crash brake technology. Both front seats are now fitted with active headrests.Also, the hybrid GS now adds a new hard drive navigation system with a 40Gb capacity, while the 14-speaker Mark Levinson system has been tweaked, too. Rear lamp clusters have larger, transparent lenses. A new 18-inch alloy has been introduced, too. The cabin adds a new stop/start button with blue backlighting and a grey leather upholstery option with contrasting black stitching and maple wood grain trim. Three new exterior colours - Vanilla Mist, Richmond Green and Atlantic Blue - have been added to the palette, too.
