Subaru has marked the twentieth anniversary of its Legacy sedan with a concept version of the next-generation sedan.
Ostensibly developed to show off the Legacy's "sporting capabilities", but looking more like a tuner's special, the concept is equipped with the manufacturer's signature Symmetrical all-wheel drive system mated to a 3.6-litre six-cylinder boxer engine.
The concept has been developed around the theme "Presence" and the concept, which is finished in a high-gloss Ultimate Silver, has an aggressive front end incorporating Subaru's wing motif.
Head lights with an LED arrangement and vertical fog lamps within the angular air ducts create a "jewel-like" effect.
The cabin, with its four-seat arrangement, is the height of modernity. A blend of touch-screen interfaces (for the centre console and in-car entertainment) and cameras adorns the cabin.
Seats are finished in pearl leather with a blue sheen while black patent leather on the door trim creates contrast.
