Mitsubishi will upgrade its Mirage GLX and GLS derivatives with the addition of Bluetooth connectivity. The improved derivatives will be launched at Neon Run events throughout South Africa until May 16.
Mitsubishi South Africa's national marketing manager, Braam Faul, says it's focusing on younger buyers who are seeking affordability, quality and "expect class-leading features".
Mitsubishi is offering its new Mirage at a "zero-deposit" finance option of R1999 per month, including 12-months comprehensive insurance. A two-year or 30 000km service plan is included.
LOADS OF STANDARD KIT
The entry level GL is equipped with keyless entry, radio/CD audio, colour-coded bumpers, power steering with a tilt-adjustable steering wheel, multi-information display, front power windows and aircon. It's fitted with 14" steel rims.

The GLX adds fuel efficiency indicator, 15" alloy rims, colour-coded side-mirrors and door release, power side-mirrors, leather steering wheel, Aux and USB port.
The GLS gains power windows, auto up/down for the driver’s window (with anti-pinch function), auto aircon, fog lights and a spoiler.
All Mitsubishi Mirage units are sold with a three-year/100 000km warranty. Service intervals are 15 000km.
