The exterior and cabin are unchanged
The two-litre engine produces 110kW/197Nm and drives through to a five-speed manual gearbox. Fuel consumption is rated at seven litres/100km.
Standard kit includes aircon, keyless entry and auto headlights. The seven air bags comprise driver, passenger, seat, curtain and driver’s knee. Other safety equipment includes anti-lock brakes, electronic brake pressuredistribution and emergency braking assistance.
The Mitsubishi Lancer is covered by a three-year or 100 000km warranty and a five-year or 100 000km service plan. Service intervals 15 000km.
