Infiniti plans to roll out a set of one-off models for the 2014 Milan Furniture Fair running from April 8-13.
GOOD VS EVIL
The The Q50 and QX70 will be designed with a "good vs evil theme" using design cues from Poltrana Frau’s award-winning furniture collection.
The vehicles are intended to "shock and seduce" audiences at the show with an entirely different take on automotive luxury.
The Q50 hybrid has been created as the "good guy" of the duo, bathed in white leather and soft tones. The QX70 (formerly Infiniti FX) has been slated as having a dark side, shod with black leather and a sinister demeanour.
Red Bull's F1 champion Sebastian Vettel also owns his own FX Vettel Edition which Infiniti gave him for his 26th birthday in 2013.
Infiniti's executive design director Alfonso Albaisa said: "Working with Poltrona Frau in such a creative collaboration has opened a door for us into a world of design and craftsmanship outside the luxury automotive establishment."
