GENEVA, Switzerland - A picture-perfect illustration of the personalisation possibilities of the new Citroen C1.
The C1 Swiss & Me concept, the automaker says, "proudly bears the colours of Switzerland in a nod to the city of Geneva, the venue for its world reveal."
That will be at the Geneva auto show it will open to the public on March 6 2014.
Geneva is an emblematic city, considered as one of the world’s most liveable. It is also the perfect setting, Citroen believes, for a new model that takes "a playful approach to the constraints of urban motoring".
URBAN JUNGLE
Particular work went into the concept car’s styling features and colours, Citroen says, with a two-tone effect blending a red roof, harbouring the Swiss flag, and a white body.
The concept car also "emphasises the on-road performance" of the new Citroen C1 with wing extensions and a fixed side member, large wheels and a central tailpipe through the rear bumper.
The C1 Swiss & Me concept car underscores the spirit of the new Citroen C1, "an everyday companion with a resourceful and irreverent approach to the urban jungle".
