UNMISTAKABLE FACE: Hallmark Mini qualities and a bigger body have seen the Countryman make its mark in a new vehicle segment.
-
FIRST FOR MINI: At the time of its launch in 2010, the Countryman was the first Mini to feature all-wheel drive.
-
COMING SOON: The changes to the Countryman range will be included from November, 2012 production.
-
MINI + MORE SPACE: The Countryman's larger proportions allow for a rather spacious five-door that's more practical than the "regular" Minis.
-
BIGGEST CHANGE: Space has been freed in the centre console, to allow for easier stowage of oddments.
-
THE BIGGER CIRCLE: The Countryman's centre speedo and four air vents will now be presented in carbon black with an inner ring in high-gloss black.
-
SHINIER CIRCLE: The dashboard circles can also be finished in chrome as part of the Chrome Line Interior option package.
-
FOR ODDS AND ENDS: Moving the window controls away from the centre console also increases access to the larger storage compartment below it.
-
TRADITIONAL POSITIONING: A full panel in the driver's door panel includes controls for all windows and adjustment for the exterior mirrors.
-
BUSIER DOORS: Controls for the electric windows are now also positioned in the door trim.
-
NEW TRIM: Door trims have been updated, Mini said, to also enhance the Countryman's "premium ambience".
-
COMFY FOREARMS: Remodelled door armrests provide more support for the occupants' arms.
-
FUNKIER CABIN: Interior colours, interior trim elements and Colour Lines will all be updated as part of the Countryman update.
-
BENCH SEAT STANDARD:A SA-spec three-seater rear bench is now standard across the Countryman range, but a pair of individual seats will be available as an alternative.
