A German farmer protested against the Rallye Deutschland by parking his car in the middle of the race in an attempt to stop the event.
Considering the high speeds at which these cars travel having a stationary car parked in their path is extremely dangerous.

Stellar names such as Jari-Matti Latvala, Elfyn Evans and Dani Sordo took part in the stage but British driver Louise Cook was the unfortunate recipient of the seemingly immovable grumpy farmer's car.

Driver Louise Cook Tweeted the following: "We are stopped in stage because a farmer who does not like Rally has parked his car in the middle of the stage."
