Peugeot lifts lid on drop top 308

A month after its Paris Motor Show unveiling, French carmaker Peugeot is showing its new 308 CC at the Johannesburg International Motor Show.
Compared to the 307 CC which it replaces, the 308 CC is longer, wider, lower and has a larger front and rear track to improve its dynamic performance.
The extra length and width also benefits the occupants by increasing the passenger space.
It is due to go on sale in South Africa in 2009.
Wheels24 is at the Johannesburg International Motor Show. Check back regularly for updates and video footage straight from the show floor. The show opens to the public from Saturday November 1.
