Paris - Valtteri Bottas  was on Monday (January 16) named Lewis Hamilton's new team mate at Mercedes and Sauber said that Pascal Wehrlein will complete their driver line-up for the 2017 Formula 1 world championship.

The 27-year-old Bottas will fill the seat left by world champion Nico Rosberg's retirement.

With Bottas moving on, F1 team Williams said that Felipe Massa will come out of retirement to race for the team for a fourth consecutive season.

Here are the current teams for the new season, which begins on March 26 in Australia, and their drivers:

Mercedes: Lewis Hamilton (GBR) and Valtteri Bottas (FIN)

Red Bull: Daniel Ricciardo (AUS) and Max Verstappen (NED)

Ferrari: Sebastian Vettel (GER) and Kimi Raikkonen (FIN)

Toro Rosso: Carlos Sainz (ESP) and Daniil Kvyat (RUS)

McLaren: Fernando Alonso (ESP) and Stoffel Vandoorne (BEL)

Williams: Felipe Massa (FIN) and Lance Stroll (CAN)

Force India: Sergio Perez (MEX) and Esteban Ocon (FRA)

Renault: Nico Hulkenberg (GER) and Jolyon Palmer (GBR)

Haas: Romain Grosjean (FRA) and Kevin Magnussen (DEN)

Sauber: Marcus Ericsson (SWE) and Pascal Wehrlein (GER)

Manor: TBC
