BERLIN, Germany - Red Bull team chief Christian Horner has said in a German newspaper interview it is impossible to say who will be driving alongside three-times World champion Sebastian Vettel in 2014.
Red Bull will make a decision at the end of 2013 on the 2014 drivers he told Sunday's Welt am Sonntag newspaper.
Horner said: "Mark Webber is "a very capable driver, but he is the autumn of his career and no longer in the spring".
The 36-year-old Australian has a contract until the end of 2013 with Red Bull. Relations between Webber and Vettel remain tense after the 25-year-old German won the Malaysian GP by ignoring team orders not to overtake his team mate.
Recent F1 speculation has linked Kimi Raikkonen to a move from Lotus to succeed Webber in 2013.
"It is impossible now to say who will be driving alongside Sebastian in 2014," Horner saaid. "It's clear that every driver would at the moment like to be sitting in a Red Bull but we are completely behind our current driver pairing. We will only be considering 2014 at the end of the sseason."
