Rosberg wins in Bahrain! That's back-to-back victories in 2016. Raikkonen grabs second place and Lewis Hamilton somehow managed to claw his way back onto the podium despite taking a hit on lap 1.

Kvyat makes his third and final stop, moving onto soft tyres. Grosjean is now up to seventh in the Haas.

If this result remains the same it will be the fifth win in a row for Rosberg. Fifth P2 for Raikkonen in last six races in Bahrain.

Rosberg onto the soft tyre, as Hamilton takes the lead of the GP for the first time. Hamilton will have to make another stop before the end of the race.

33/57: Well over halfway through the Bahrain GP and the action continues at the front with Rosberg leading Raikkonen and Hamilton chasing the Finn in third place three secons behind.

Romain Grosjean is putting his hand up for 'drive of the day', he has passed Massa to take P5. The Ferrari-powered Haas is doing well in the hands of Grosjean.

Rosberg has an 18 second lead over Hamilton, but the pair as mentioned are on different strategies. This is going to be interesting, Hamilton will need to dig deep to get close to the German.

Hamilton also pitted and is now in 4th place. The Briton is on the hardest compound and will probably be able to push deep into the race on this rubber.
