Lap 51 Hamilton leads Rosberg by two seconds with Vettel another 2.6s behind. Sainz now passes Alonso and he is up to P7. Maldonado also gets the better of Alonso. Nasr gets the better of Ricciardo, whose car is damaged following his earlier accident.

What? Hamilton back in the lead!

25 Oct 2015

Lap 44 Kvyat's crash has probably helped Hamilton as he ducks into the pits. That puts Rosberg into the lead. Hamilton rejoins in P2 as Vettel has also pitted.

Raikkonen goes off same spot Ricciardo locked up. What's going on there at that turn?

25 Oct 2015

Hmm, I don't trust that Verstappen. Going to be tough for Hamilton

25 Oct 2015

Button has gone over to the slicks. Rosberg goes on the inside of Hamilton, but the Brit fights back at the exit and regains the place. Rosberg fights back and he takes P2. Verstappen is once again right on the rear of Vettel's Ferrari. This kid doesn't care who he is racing.

25 Oct 2015

Hamilton is really struggling with his tyres. Kimi complains about Verstappen's driving. He says if that's legal then he will do the same.

25 Oct 2015

Now this is racing!!! Will Hamilton be able to fight this race for his third title? Looks a lot less likely...

25 Oct 2015

Virtual safety car is out.

25 Oct 2015

Hamilton is not getting away from Kvyat as his lead is still just 1.4s. Fastest lap from Kvyat of 1:57.138. There is still debris on the track from the Ericsson/Nasr incident.

25 Oct 2015

Lap 1 The lights go out at the Circuit of the Americas and they are side-by-side at Turn 1. Rosberg is squeezed out by Hamilton and he went briefly off track. Both Red Bulls are ahead of Rosberg with Kvyat ahead of Ricciardo. Now Rosberg is passed by Perez.

25 Oct 2015

Q2 was Rosberg from Hamilton, Ricciardo, Kvyat, Vettel, Perez, Hulkenberg, Raikkonen, Massa, Verstappen. Of course the two Ferrari drivers drop 10 places.

25 Oct 2015

The chequered flag comes out and Vettel tells the team 'that's red-flag conditions'.

25 Oct 2015

Kvyat improves to P3, but Ricciardo pushes him down to P4. Spin from Hamilton at Turn 10. He did a nice 360 there. Rosberg is told not to go for a flying lap and he just needs to keep the temperatures up.
