"By the end of the race in Assen, I finally got to ride the bike the way I wanted to. Of a race in which he didn’t finish sixth. That felt good and important going into Germany this weekend,” says Brad.
Both Brad and team mate Miguel Oliveira (who finished sixth in Assen!) went raced well in Germany last year. "Miguel just lost out on winning here last year by 66 thousandths of a second.

According to Brad he wants to stick to the same game plan as in Assen, which is a simple one: “The one I always have – to work as hard as I can throughout the weekend and hope that my pace pulls me through in the race.”Brad loves the track too.
“You get very dizzy at this track because it goes left-left-left-left-left and there’s three right handers in the entire track. It’s a bit like a Nascar track. Nah, I’m kidding! It’s a great track. It’s a track I have always really enjoyed. It’s quite tight. It reminds me of a big go-kart circuit. It’s a lot of fun.”
