Texas - MotoGP racer, Loris Baz, and Moto3 rider, Nakarin Atiratphuvapat, pulled off two of the most impressive bike racing saves yet this weekend.
Spain's Marc Marquez won his fifth consecutive MotoGP Grand Prix of the Americas on Sunday (April 23). Marquez earned his 30th career MotoGP win and his ninth in a row on American soil dating back to 2013.

The victory sees the Repsol Honda rider back into the season title chase. Movistar Yamaha's Maverick Vinales, who won the first two races of the year, crashed early and didn't finish. With Vinales out, team mate Valentino Rossi took over the top spot with a second-place finish that made him the points leader as the series heads to Europe.
Disaster averted
While Marquez dominated, Ducati Avintia Baz, managed to save himself from a potentially dangerous crashes.

Moto3 rider nearly crashes
Atiratphuvapat showed amazing skill in holding onto his bike after struggling to regain balance following a bend.
In what was a support race for MotoGP, Atiratphuvapat left fans in awe with BT Sport commentators saying: 'Chip his name is, and you've got to say, that was a hell of a chip! That was pure Randy Mamola.'
