LE MANS, France - French rider Louis Rossi has become the first home winner of the French Moto3 GP category since Mike de Meglio in 2008.
The 22-year-old Honda rider celebrated his first win at this level coming home ahead of Spanish duo Alberto Moncayo and Alex Rins in a race that saw rain cause havoc and only 15 of the 33 riders finishing.
