Indian Motorcycles has made a comeback, America's first motorcycle company which built bikes from 1901 to 1953 - when it went bankrupt, is now in South Africa.
Three models are available to order in the form of the Indian Chief Classic cruiser, Indian Chief Vintage and Indian Chieftain.

The first Indian Motorcycle of its kind, the 2014 Indian Chieftain maintains the legendary and original Indian Chief styling, with advanced features and premium comfort, says the bikemaker.

Indian Motorcycles said: "Unlike any Indian Motorcycle ever made, the Chieftain features a fairing with integrated driving lights, and its power windshield is an industry-first for a fork-mounted fairing."
Standard features include hard saddlebags with remote locks and quick-release anchors, a high-output audio system with Bluetoot smartphone connectivity and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
