Surprise end to bike accident

JUST GOING FOR A RIDE: While most riders complain about bugs and leaves, this guy had to deal with a person.
Collisions happen quite often in racing and this event was no different - except for the unusual ending.
Andrew Gluvna, from Phoenix, Arizona, taking part in an F2 race, tries to avoid colliding with the rider in front who fell off his bike. Gluvna's handlebars strike the rider but also somehow hook him to it.
Hooked together, the two stop off the road and a friendly conversation ensues.
'THAT WAS INSANE!'
Gluvna: "Are you OK?"
Rider, while detaching himself, says: "I'm good, I'm good."
Gluvna: "Wow! that was insane1"
Gluvna then drives off with one helluva story to tell to his friends.
