WSBK TECHNOLOGY: Aprilia's new RSV4 R receives WSBk technology in 2011.

No longer the domain of Aprilia’s 2011 RSV4 Factory APRC SE and the Tuono V4R, the company from Noale has announced it will make its World superbike-developed APRC technology available on the RSV4 R for 2011. At the same time the company released the first official image of the new bike.

The sophisticated set of APRC electronics include quick shift, launch control, wheelie control and traction control.

In addition to standard APRC, other improvements for 2011 include lighter wheel rims, fully-adjustable 43mm Sachs forks, updated and lighter exhaust, improve fuel efficiency, an optimised engine and gearbox and fresh graphics.
The RSV4 APRC’s gearing has also been revised for better acceleration.

Engine: Aprilia 65° V4, 4-stroke, liquid cooled, DOHC, four valves per cylinder.
