Now we’ve truly seen it all. Meet the latest motorcycle kick: the SuperBikeBoard. Half zippy scooter, half surfboard it is aimed at thrill seekers who have grown tired of jetskis, snowboards, and surfing.
Powered by a 250cc Aprilia scooter engine, the mechanical part is pretty straightforward. What sets this apart from any bike you know is that you ride it standing up. Much like you would a surfboard.
According to Standbike, who are responsible for this biking anomaly, it is dead easy to ride the SuperBikeBoard.
“As a vehicle it behaves very friendly, not wanting to throw you off its back at all; in fact, due to the extremely low centre of gravity, it makes it feel much lighter than it is.”
